Job Brief:
We are looking for a reliable Overnight Cleaner to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant during non-operating hours. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests each day.

Overnight Cleaner responsibilities include deep cleaning kitchen and dining areas, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the space for the next day’s service. If you take pride in cleanliness, can work independently, and are comfortable working overnight shifts, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you must be able to pass a background check and be available to work late-night/overnight hours, including weekends.
Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness for daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and service areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the restaurant.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, and storage spaces.
- Remove trash, recycling, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Secure the premises upon completion of cleaning duties.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (restaurant experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check (required).
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
